TERMS
■As a client commissioning / receiving art from me you must read through my T.O.S and abide by it. If you have any inquiries you can contact me via my social media■You may NOT use the artwork for profit, use of NFTs, to copy, or trace.■You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. Proper credit by link and name is required.■You may only use my art, that was explicitly provided for you, ONLY for personal uses!■If you are curious about turnarounds or my process please ask, and I will provide an explanation of the situation. I WILL NOT ** tolerate excessive requests.■Poor behavior towards me, the artist, will result in a ban for future requests and cancellation of your commission (Trade, request, etc.)■When inquiring with the intent to purchase or receive art you agree that you are over the age of 18.■I WILL NOT draw a character that doesn't strictly belong to you.■When the sketch is approved/completed if you decide to no longer continue with your side of the trade/agreement, progress will be halted until further notice.■At all times I have the right to cancel a commission, trade, request etc.You acknowledge that any sketches (WIPs) produced, and subsequently scrapped during our exchange will be used in other projects. With or without your knowing this may include yet not limited to: bases, ych, edited lines.○By receiving art from me you are agreeing to the terms above.

TURN AROUNDS

Completion time
■Depending on size and complexity the wait can take up to a month or longer, keeping you and others in mind updates will be sent regularly unless stated otherwise.
■Changes can and will be made to flat color and sketch wips. This is the prime time to tell me of things you want added or changed. When rendering starts I WILL NOT make changes, so please take your time when looking over wips.

PAYMENT

Payment is received in USD through PayPal or Cashapp. After the sketch, the agreed payment is expected half upfront, then the remaining just before completion. If USD is not your currency, please use a conversion tool so we can settle on a fair amount.

REFUND

◽️If you have received a sketch from me, I can refund 50%.◽️If I am in the rendering stage of your commission or finalization, I will not be able to refund you.
